1. Final Sale Policy
At AforArtHouse, we take pride in the unique nature of our products. Due to the artistic and limited nature of our collection, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for "change of mind," personal preference, or accidental orders.
2. Exceptions for Damages or Errors
The only exceptions to our "Final Sale" policy are items that arrive damaged or if the incorrect item was shipped.
- Reporting Window: You must notify us at [Insert Email Address] within 48 hours of the tracking "Delivered" timestamp.
- Required Evidence: To be eligible for a resolution, you must provide high-resolution photos of the damaged item and the original packaging/shipping label.
- Verification: AforArtHouse reserves the right to inspect the claim. If the damage is deemed to have occurred after delivery, the claim will be denied.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Under no circumstances can the following be returned:
- Original artwork or limited edition prints.
- Items marked "Sale" or purchased during a promotional event.
- Customized or commissioned pieces.
- Digital downloads or gift cards.
4. Shipping & Costs
In the rare event that a return is authorized by our team:
- Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including international duties and taxes.
- Original Shipping: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 15% may be deducted from any approved refund to cover administrative and handling costs.
- Risk of Loss: We recommend using a trackable shipping service (like SF Express). We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not liable for items lost in transit during return.
5. International Orders
For international orders (US, Canada, Japan, Thai, Korea, and Taiwan), AforArtHouse is not responsible for items held, delayed, or destroyed by Customs. Refusal to pay local import duties does not qualify for a refund.
