1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping Destinations & Estimates
We ship to the following markets via SF Express. Delivery estimates are based on transit to major metropolitan areas:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your SF Express tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically be active within 24 hours. You can track your package directly on the SF Express official website.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Aforarthouse is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Please consult your local customs office for specific information regarding import thresholds.
5. Damages
Aforarthouse is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we strive to ensure our art reaches you safely. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Note: Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, and notify us so we can assist you with the process.
