Martcellia Liunic is a Jakarta-based artist whose work combines storytelling with vibrant emotion, expressed through colorful, playful, and sometimes abstract forms featuring animals and girl characters. For her, illustration is not only an artistic practice but also a personal and therapeutic process, a way to channel feelings into images that resonate with others. Alongside her illustration practice, she founded Liunic on Things, an art label dedicated to wearable art, transforming her whimsical style into fashion items, accessories, and lifestyle goods.

Her works have been exhibited internationally at Lume Studios in New York, NFT Paris, and Art Jakarta, reflecting her growing presence on the global stage. She has also collaborated with world-renowned brands such as H&M, Samsung, Google, YouTube, Netflix, and Facebook, adapting her unique aesthetic across diverse creative projects. Beyond commercial work, her illustrations have been recognized in publications like the Society of Illustrators 65 Jury Selections, It’s Nice That, Booooooom, and Frankie Magazine. Through her art, Martcellia continues to share her colorful universe, balancing personal expression with a playful visual language that connects with audiences worldwide.
